Objective
High costs and lack of knowledge are often reasons why people won’t receive what they are entitled to. Otter Rechtsbijstand was established by Mr. S. A. Otter, with the aim to make the Dutch legal system accessible to all. For many legal questions and procedures the assistance of an expensive lawyer is not needed. Otter Rechtsbijstand is able to provide her services at low cost because she makes full use of the advantages of internet and thus has little overhead. Otter Rechtsbijstand has legal consultation hours in local districts, but doesn’t have an expensive office or callcenter.
